Beginning his career in 1997, he spent his first decade specializing in outbound leisure, corporate, and group travel—building strong partnerships with airlines, hotels, and international operators to deliver competitive and seamless travel experiences. He later transitioned into inbound tourism, becoming a key figure in managing customized itineraries, corporate events, government delegations, and high-profile tours for international visitors to Malaysia. For the past 16 years, Liew has provided specialized travel and logistical support to U.S. government agencies such as NSDD, DOE, LANL, and PNNL, coordinating high-security travel and ensuring compliance with stringent regulations. Recognized for his leadership and operational insight, Liew has trained and mentored travel teams, negotiated supplier contracts, and streamlined travel processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
