General Process & Payments

A: Firstly, let us know your nationality and what visa you require. Then we will quote you the right fee.

A: Full payment is required upon commencement of the process. The visa fee already includes our service charges. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the visa outcome, as we act solely as a facilitator/agent for submission.

A: No, we cannot guarantee visa approval, as all decisions are made solely by the respective embassy or immigration authorities. However, we are committed to preparing and submitting your application to the best possible standard.

A: No, there is no refund. Fees paid are for processing and services rendered. Should you choose to reapply, the applicable fees will apply again.
Logistics & Requirements

A: You may prepare these, but we strongly advise not making any payment upfront. We can assist in arranging temporary flight and hotel reservations for submission purposes.

A: Passport biopage, Photo (Selfie is usually fine), Travel date, and personal information (parent names, home address, contact details, etc).

A: We can review your situation. In some cases, alternative documents like employment details and travel history may strengthen your application.

A: Yes! We successfully assist over 100 applicants per year in arranging travel for helpers accompanying their employers.
